disposal of seepage from the tank,
inspection of
the interior of the tank including the baffles, lids and cleaning of the filter,
inspection of
the flow from the tank to the disposal area,
back
fill area where septic tank openings were exposed - restoring lawns and
landscaping to as close to pre-digging condition as possible,

year supply of septic tank bacteria additive,
completion
of the seven page ADEQ Report of Inspection paperwork, map of the septic area
and two page Notice of Transfer documents.
Don’t be deceived by
contractors or companies stating that they can give you a thorough inspection
without digging up and/or pumping the septic tank. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. In order to properly inspect the septic tank, the
tank must be empty or has been recently pumped (within the last 6 months).
Baffles cannot be inspected underneath the scum layer that forms in a septic
tank. Leaching flow cannot be tested without the addition of water to the
tank.
Any reputable company in the Phoenix
area will do a full inspection, including pumping. If pumping is an option in
